Chuppi: Easing communication for deaf & mute children

Research shows that hearing and speech impaired people are unable to express themselves to the abled population, thus leading to their social isolation, and danger. While the deaf & mute population can easily give a message in sign language, the abled folks fail to comprehend it.  
This game is designed to teach basic sign language to abled kids in a fun manner, to bridge this communication gap. 
 
 
This was an academic project, done under the guidance of Prof Raman Saxena. Process of design, from research to ideation to prototyping has been explained below.
